Wallahua’lam

Moral of the story : Don’t lie to your kids

——————————————————————————–

One day a kid was sitting at home waiting for his relatives to come over. He overheard his parents fighting with each other yelling “YOU BITCH” “YOU BASTARD”.

Being so young, the kid had never heard those words before and asked his parents what they meant. They replied by saying “Bitch means lady and bastard means gentlemen”. Satisfied with this answer the boy went to his room.

Then he heard the neighbors having sex. They were repeating the words “DICK and “CUNT” over and over and over. Again, the boy was curious and asked his parents what those words meant. Thinking fast, his mother said “Dick means coat and cunt means jackets.”

Once again the boy was satisfied with the answer and headed to the bathroom, but his father was shaving and the boy had to wait. Fearing that the boy might wet himself, the father shaved faster. He went a little to quick and ended up cutting himself, “SHIT!!!!!” he yelled. “What’s shit mean daddy,” the boy asked . The father, stuck for an answer said, “it means shaving cream.”

The boy did his “business” and his dad went back to shaving. His next stop was the kitchen, there he saw his mother preparing the turkey. As she reached for a knife she ended up cutting herself. “AW FUCK!!”, she yelled. “What’s fuck mean mommy”, the boy asked. “It means stuffing the turkey.”

Finally, the guest arrived, the boy went to the door and said, “Hello bitches and bastards, may I take your dicks and cunts? Dad’s in the bathroom putting shit on his face and Mom is in the kitchen fucking the turkey!

Another moral booster for PKR and the major setback for MCA and Barisan Nasional. This is maybe one of the many ‘clues’ given by DSAI earlier (few months ago) in declaring his pursuit to PUTRAJAYA by 16th September 2008.

————————————————————–

PETALING JAYA: Former MCA central committee member Datin Paduka Dr Tan Yee Kew, who quit the party on Thursday, will be joining PKR soon.

Dr Tan, who was still discussing the details with PKR leaders, said she had decided to join the party.

“However, we never discussed party posts. As for me, the party positions are for those younger politicians who want to move up the ladder. I am not keen on party posts.

“I am looking for a platform to contribute to the nation. PKR is a good option for me to continue serving the people,” she said in a telephone interview here yesterday.

She said many of her supporters, including MCA members, might follow her footsteps in joining PKR.

The former Klang MP also denied that she had been offered the Klang Municipal Council president’s job by the Pakatan Rakyat state government.

On Thursday, Dr Tan, who described her decision to leave the party that she had served for 20 years as painful, sent her resignation by facsimile to the MCA headquarters.

Dr Tan said she had talked to PKR leaders, including its de facto leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, on various national issues and Anwar had personally extended the invitation to her.

“I feel very touched. We have discussed how we can work together for the people as well as in handling sensitive issues.”

During a meeting with PKR members yesterday afternoon, vice-president Azmin Ali announced that Dr Tan and several MCA members would be crossing over to the party.

DAULAT TUANKU, DAULAT TUANKU, DAULAT TUANKU

KUALA TERENGGANU: For the first time, there will not be an investiture ceremony in Terengganu in conjunction with the 46th birthday of the Sultan of Terengganu, Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin on Sunday.

State Secretary Datuk Mokthar Nong confirmed that there will be no conferring of awards as normally anticipated on the Sultan’s birthday.

“The palace official had informed about this matter about one month ago but I was not told the reason for not having the ceremony,” he said here on Saturday.

Mokthar said he was also unsure whether the ceremony would be held at a later date and had also not received the names of award recipients, so far.

However, Mokthar said the birthday celebration will be continued like normal but on a moderate scale.

“Sermons will be conducted in all mosques throughout the state while a ceremony will be held at Istana Maziah at 12.30pm,” he added.

KUALA TERENGGANU: No award will be conferred in conjunction with the Sultan of Terengganu’s birthday this year.

It is believed that this is a first for any state in the country.

Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin celebrates his 46th birthday today.

“A palace official informed me a month ago but I was not told the reason,” state secretary Datuk Mokthar Nong said here yesterday.

Mokthar said he was also unsure whether the ceremony would be held at a later date.

He added that he had not received any names to be conferred awards so far.

A birthday celebration would be held on a moderate scale, Mokthar said.

“Sermons will be conducted in all mosques throughout the state while a ceremony will be held at Istana Maziah at 12.30pm,” he said.

Last year, 178 awards were given in conjunction with his birthday.

The awards from the state are the Darjah Dato’ Paduka Mahkota Terengganu, Darjah Setia Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin Terengganu, Darjah Setia Mahkota Terengganu, Darjah Ahli Mahkota Terengganu, Pingat Jasa Cemerlang, Pingat Jasa Kebaktian, Pingat Bintang Lama Berjawatan, Pingat Lama Berjawatan.

The Darjah Dato’ Paduka Mahkota Terengganu carries the title Datuk.

Several Royal Houses have previously announced moderate celebrations although awards were still conferred, mostly in line with the cost-cutting measures announced by the Government.

Other states have also reduced the number of awards conferred.

The most recent was Penang where about half the number of Datukships were awarded in conjunction with the Yang di-Pertua Negri’s birthday.

Last year, the Sultan of Selangor Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah insisted that fewer than 40 people should be awarded Datukships in conjunction with his birthday.

British ace Lewis Hamilton continued his fine form to take pole in his McLaren at the German Grand Prix at Hockenheim.

Fresh from his British Grand Prix victory 13 days ago, the 23-year-old grabbed his third pole position of the season – and the ninth in his Formula One career – by recording the fastest lap in final qualifying.

He finished just under 0.2 seconds quicker than Ferrari’s Felipe Massa – who is level with him in a three-way tie at the top of the World Championship – with the Brit’s team-mate Heikki Kovalainen back in third.

Italy’s Jarno Trulli came fourth in his Toyota, ahead of Spain’s Fernando Alonso in fifth.

But world champion and current championship co-leader Kimi Raikkonen could only finish sixth in his Ferrari and will need to do better on Sunday to maintain his title challenge.

Robert Kubica of Poland finished seventh in his BMW Sauber, while Australia’s Mark Webber came eighth in his Red Bull.

Sebastian Vettel was the highest placed German, finishing in ninth in his Scuderia Toro Rosso.

British driver David Coulthard just made the top ten in his Red Bull, while compatriot Jenson Button went out in the second qualifying session, finishing 14th in his Honda.
