Becoming a millionaire isn’t all that difficult and there are countless ways to achieve that milestone. Some people do it through real estate, others start their own business, while some simply get lucky by winning the lottery or winning big on a game show. What is even more interesting is that you don’t have to be wealthy to begin with nor do you have to earn six figures to reach this goal.

It is understandable also that most people would like to be a millionaire and they want to do it quick. But in reality, it is really not just possible because the rule of thumb is that everything starts from the basic. There is no single thing that blooms and grows without having to start from its origin.

The reason behind this rule is that people should learn along the process. They have to analyze the situation and find the most feasible way to earn money and be successful. With all these things, people acquire experience, and from these experiences, a person becomes an expert. And expertise is the main key to get you to the top.

So….. after completed some analysis ( I used some calculus formula like differentiation with dy/dx) and some of the spare time reading in online newspaper, I found out anyone can become a millionaire and there are two ways (at the moment) to have the best shot of making that a reality.

The two ways as per following options:-

First Option - You have to train like ‘hell’ and become Olympian represent Malaysia and bring back one gold medal in any sports. See here

Second Option – This option maybe need collaborative effort from any Singaporean or Indonesian by giving the clues and information that will lead to the arrest of terrorist group Jemaah Islamiah alleged leader Mas Selamat bin Kastari who escaped through toilet in from a prison in Singapore. S$1 Million Reward For Fugitive Mas Selamat

SINGAPORE, July 21 (Bernama) – Singapore has offered a cash reward of $1 million (RM2.4 million) for information leading to the arrest of terrorist group Jemaah Islamiah alleged leader Mas Selamat bin Kastari who escaped from a prison in the city-state in February.

Singapore’s Deputy Prime Minister and Home Affairs Minister Wong Kan Seng said Monday the monetary reward was not from the government but two private individuals who wanted to remain anonymous.

He told Parliament that the duo had approached his Ministry and offered to put up a cash reward of $1 million for information leading to the capture of Singapore-born Mas Selamat inside or outside the island republic.

Wong was replying to questions by Members of Parliament on whether the Singapore government had received and verified any information that the fugitive was now in Indonesia.

Mas Selamat, 47, who was detained on suspicion of being the mastermind behind a plan to hijack a plane and crash it on the Changi airport, escaped from the prison on Feb. 27.

Wong said up till now the Singapore security agencies had not received any information from their Indonesian counterparts to confirm that Mas Selamat was presently hiding in Indonesia.

“Neither do we have domestic intelligence that shows that he has left the country,” he added.

However, the Minister said the government could not dismiss the possibility that Mas Selamat could have managed to escape Singapore for another country.

“Singapore is not a fortress,” Wong said, adding that as an island, its borders were porous.

He said Singapore would do its utmost to find Mas Selamat whatever it took, and if the fugitive had escaped abroad it would work with the relevant foreign counterparts to track him down and bring him back into custody in Singapore.

Bapa Mohd Saiful minta Anwar tidak berdolak dalik

Setelah dicabar tempoh hari oleh Mohd Saiful Bukhari, bapanya pula iaitu Azlan Mohd Lazim juga mengambil langkah yang serupa dengan mencabar DSAI untu mengambil sikap berani kerana benar dan memberikan kerjasama kepada pihak Polis dalam kes liwat yang telah mengambilalih tajuk berita utama sejak bulan lepas.

Nampaknya benda ni semakin merapu dan tahukah ayahanda nya Saiful yang Anwar telah membuat satu report balas ke atas anaknya dan DSAI juga memberikan kerjasama yang sepatutnya kepada pihak polis yang menyebabkan DSAI terpaksa bermalam semalam di dalam lokap polis. Apa lagi yang di-hendaknya, DNA ; bukankah DNA DSAI telah ada dalam simpanan pihak kerajaan

Apa yang dimahukannya? .. sungguh bercelaru dan yang tewas dan tertipu ialah orang yang sama iaitu RAKYAT MALAYSIA amnya . semuanya tertipu.

Bapa Mohd Saiful minta Anwar tidak berdolak dalik

KUALA LUMPUR: Azlan Mohd Lazim, bapa kepada Mohd Saiful Bukhari hari ini mencabar Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim untuk mengambil sikap “berani kerana benar” sepertimana yang diamalkan oleh anaknya itu apabila membuat laporan polis bahawa Penasihat Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) itu meliwatnya.

Katanya Anwar sepatutnya memberikan kerjasama sepenuhnya kepada polis untuk membuat siasatan dakwaan liwat itu dan bukannya memberikan pelbagai alasan dan berdolak-dalik.

“Anak saya mengambil sikap berani kerana benar dan beliau tanpa sebarang masalah telah memberikan kerjasama yang sepenuhnya bagi membantu polis,” katanya dalam satu kenyataan yang dibacakan oleh peguam Mohd Saiful, Zamri Idrus di sini hari ini.

Mengakui sedih dengan apa yang berlaku terhadap Mohd Saiful, 23, Azlan berkata anaknya itu berkali-kali memaklumkan kepada beliau sekeluarga bahawa tindakannya membuat laporan polis itu semata-mata kerana kebenaran.

`Dark Knight’ sets weekend record with $155.34M

Batman has sent Spidey packing as king of Hollywood’s box-office superheroes.

“The Dark Knight” took in a record $155.34 million in its first weekend, topping the previous best of $151.1 million for “Spider-Man 3″ in May 2007 and pacing Hollywood to its biggest weekend ever, according to studio estimates Sunday.

“We knew it would be big, but we never expected to dominate the marketplace like we did,” said Dan Fellman, head of distribution for Warner Bros., which released “The Dark Knight.” The movie should shoot past the $200 million mark by the end of the week, he said.

Hollywood set an overall revenue record of $253 million for a three-day weekend, beating the $218.4 million haul over the weekend of July 7, 2006, according to box-office tracker Media By Numbers.

“This weekend is such a juggernaut,” said Nikki Rocco, head of distribution for Universal, whose musical “Mamma Mia!” debuted at No. 2 with $27.6 million.

Factoring in higher admission prices, “Spider-Man 3″ may have sold slightly more tickets than “The Dark Knight.”

At 2007′s average price of $6.88, “Spider-Man 3″ sold 21.96 million tickets over opening weekend. Media By Numbers estimates today’s average movie prices at $7.08, which means “The Dark Knight” would have sold 21.94 million tickets.

Revenue totals for “The Dark Knight” could change when final numbers are released Monday.

The movie’s release was preceded by months of buzz and speculation over the performance of the late Heath Ledger as the Joker, Batman’s nemesis. Ledger, who died in January from an accidental prescription-drug overdose, played the Joker as a demonic presence, his performance prompting predictions that the role might earn him a posthumous Academy Award nomination.

“The average opening gross of the last five ‘Batman’ movies is $47 million. This tripled that, and for a reason,” said Paul Dergarabedian, president of Media By Numbers. “A big part of that was the Heath Ledger mystique and a phenomenal performance that absolutely deserves the excitement surrounding it.”

“The Dark Knight” reunites director Christopher Nolan with his “Batman Begins” star Christian Bale, whose vigilante crime-fighter is taunted and tested by Ledger’s Joker as the villain unleashes violence and chaos on the city of Gotham.

Overseas, “The Dark Knight” added $40 million in 20 countries where it began opening Wednesday, including Australia, Mexico and Brazil. The film opens in Great Britain this weekend and rolls out to most of the rest of the world over the next few weeks.

“The Dark Knight,” which cost $185 million to make, also broke the “Spider-Man 3″ record for best debut in IMAX large-screen theaters with $6.2 million. “Spider-Man 3″ opened with $4.7 million in IMAX cinemas.

“Every single show is sold out,” said Greg Foster, IMAX chairman and president. “We’re adding shows as much as we can, but we’re at 100 percent capacity.”

On opening day Friday, “The Dark Knight” also took in more money than previously counted, Fellman said. The film pulled in a record $67.85 million, up nearly $1.5 million from the studio’s estimates a day earlier.

The previous opening-day record also had been held by “Spider-Man 3″ with $59.8 million.

Women accounted for most of the audience for “Mamma Mia!”, which Universal opened as counter-programming to the male-dominated audience for “The Dark Knight.”

“With the crowded summer, we knew we would have to find the right weekend, and this seemed like the perfect one considering three-quarters of our audience was female,” Rocco said.

Based on the stage musical set to the tunes of ABBA, “Mamma Mia!” features Meryl Streep, Pierce Brosnan, Colin Firth, Stellan Skarsgard, Julie Walters and Christine Baranski.

The weekend’s other new wide release, 20th Century Fox’s animated family flick “Space Chimps,” opened at No. 7 with $7.4 million.

Estimated ticket sales for Friday through Sunday at U.S. and Canadian theaters, according to Media By Numbers LLC. Final figures will be released Monday.

Kudos to MP of Tumpat, Datuk Kamaruddin Bin Jaffar for his efforts to develop a sort of residential complex in islands at Tumpat. However, there are other few items need to be tackled-up by him and Deputy MB, Datuk Ustaz Mad for all the islanders there.

The issue of hygenic water supply, land erosion especially during monsoon season, a better jetty, reacreational area (no padang (except at SKPB) or hall to do recreational activities) and many more requires further action by Yang Berhormat. This long issue still pending since I was just 10 years old kid.

Anyway, please keep up the good works and hopefully they (MP and ADUN) always be ‘Yang Beringat’ who keep remembering that they will be asked by Allah one day on what they’ve done with the authority and ‘amanah’ and they surely cannot run away on their responsibilities like our friend Mr Bala ( Private Investigator).

Taman perumahan pertama di kawasan berpulau di Kelantan

TUMPAT, 20 Julai (Hrkh) – Sekali sekala terpias air dari Sungai Kelantan ketika bot dinaiki bergerak laju. Enjin empat bot sangkut berderum ketika menghilir Sungai Kelantan. Lokasi yang dituju beberapa penempatan, lebih dikenali sebagai pulau di mana kedudukannya terletak tidak jauh dari kuala Sungai Kelantan.

Bermula di jeti Pengkalan Kok Majid rombongan anggota Parlimen Tumpat, Datuk Kamaruddin Jaffar bertolak jam 9 pagi ke beberapa penempatan di sepanjang sungai tersebut. Ikut serta Ketua Dewan Pemuda PAS Tumpat, Ustaz Ropein Hassan dan Timbalan Ketua Muslimat Tumpat, Arniwati Sabirin bersama anggota jawatankuasa mereka.

Selain itu, Setiausaha PAS Tumpat, Jamaluddin Ishak dan Ketua Penerangan, Mohd Nawi Adam. Sebuah daripada empat bot sarat dengan hamper dan barangan sumbangan untuk penduduk. Ikut serta Penghulu Teluk Renjuna, Mat Rani Abdul Hamid dan Penghulu Pulau Seratus, Che Dir Che Hamid.

Lokasi pertama di Pulau Beluru di mana rombongan bersarapan pagi di sebuah kedai milik penduduk. Ketibaan mereka disambut penduduk tempatan. Kemudian lokasi kedua melawat tapak pemindahan mangsa-mangsa banjir di Teluk Renjuna di mana kerja-kerja menimbun pasir sedang dijalankan.

Mat Rani berkata, kawasan seluas hampir dua ekar ditambun dengan pasir yang disedut dari Sungai Kelantan. Sebanyak 14 buah rumah akan dibina di tapak tersebut untuk diagih kepada mangsa-mangsa banjir. Setiap rumah dianggarkan bernilai RM30,000 yang disumbang Majlis Agama Islam dan Adat Istiadat Melayu Kelantan (Maik),� katanya.

Kamaruddin berkata, pembangunan kawasan itu seperti sebuah taman perumahan yang akan dilengkapi dengan dewan serbaguna bagi kemudahan penduduk. Menurutnya pembinaan kediaman jenis banglow di penempatan tersebut merupakan projek yang pertama di kawasan pulau di Kelantan.

Katanya apabila siap sepenuhnya projek itu ia menjadi taman perumahan pertama di Kelantan yang dibina di kawasan pulau. Projek tersebut yang dijalankan dengan kerjasama Maik dan kerajaan negeri akan menjadi pemangkin kepada pembangunan di pulau Teluk Renjuna. Malah ia boleh dimajukan dengan sektor pelancongan yang boleh memberi pendapatan sampingan kepada penduduk tempatan,ujarnya.

Pada lawatan sehari tersebut Kamaruddin yang juga Setiausaha Agung PAS mengagihkan sumbangan kepada penduduk di Pulau Beluru, Pantai Haji Nik Mat, Pulau Seratus, Pulau Tokang dan Teluk Renjuna.

‘Penjimatan’ yang Tak Berhemah oleh Kerajaan Terengganu

Setelah mendengar khabar yang agak gembira di mana Tuanku Sultan Mizan hanya akan mengadakan Sambutan Keputeraan baginda secara sederhana (tak melibatkan banyak duit) dan tanpa penganugerahan pingat darjah kebesaran, Rakyat Malaysia dan Terengganu khasnya dikejutkan dengan pembelian 14 kereta Mercedes E200 Kompressor sebagai kenderaan rasmi anggota Exco dan pegawai kanan kerajaan negeri dengan alasan bagi menjimatkan kos perbelanjaan tahunan. Penjimatan yang sepatutnya berlaku dalam setiap pentadbiran kerajaan kerana ianya melibatkan wang rakyat telah di’nodai’ dengan pembelian kereta mewah dengan nilai RM 3.43 juta yang mana alasan yang diberikan tidak munasabah sama sekali. ‘Penjimatan jangka panjang dan keselamatan’- adalah alasan yang tidak boleh diterima kerana dengan wang sebanyak itu, kita dapat membeli hampir 34 buah kereta Perdana iaitu 2 buah seorang bagi setiap exco dan pegawai tertinggi kerajaan. Kalau sebuah kereta Perdana boleh dipandu tanpa sebarang masalah dalam tempoh tujuh tahun lebih, dengan sekali ganda tadi, 15 tahun menggunakan Perdana merupakan tempoh yang agak lama jika dibandingkan dengan kereta Mercedes tadi

Dengan suasana yang amat kritikal bagi rakyat sekarang di mana harga barangan naik terlalu mendadak dan tinggi, kalau betul hendak berjimat, penggunaan kereta Waja, Persona atau Toyota VIOS adalah paling wajar. (atau penggunaan kereta yang c.c lebih kecil). Sedarkah pihak kerajaan Terengganu yang memberikan alasan yang memburukkan jenama Proton Perdana juga boleh mengundang kecaman rakyat yang selama ini Menteri dan Ahli-ahli kerajaan menggalakkan pembelian barangan buatan Malaysia.

Selain daripada itu, adakah pihak exco Negeri Terengganu berfikiran yang mereka akan menguasai Terengganu selama-lamanya atau selama jangka hayat kereta Mercedes tersebut?. Tidakkah mereka terfikir yang kedudukan mereka juga tak lama atau bergantung kepada rakyat yang akan mengundi mereka semula nanti atau yang lebih penting Allah yang boleh mengambil nyawa bila-bila masa kerana pada saat ini mereka seperti berfikiran yang Mercedes yang boleh membawa mereka selama-lamanya dengan ‘low maintenance’ dan ‘lebih selamat’ jika dibandingkan dengan Perdana V6 executive yang telah banyak berjasa membawa pemimpin negara ke hulu-ke hilir.

Pulau Pinang setelah ditakluki Parti Pakatan Rakyat telah membatalkan pembelian kereta mewah. Kenapa pula Terengganu yang ‘istimewa’ dalam hal ini.
