TODAY is cabinet’s meeting and one of the agenda is to discuss new fuel prices. A lot of assumptions have came out but my prediction is the price will not go down below RM 2.00. So…Shahril; as what EGO’s said  in Ratatoille ” SURPRISE ME”.

My the other wish list is TNB to lower down the tariff….

P/s : Oil and gas industry affected badly due to current economic chaos – weak USD, low demand, geopolical uncertainty, production ‘shut down’, many moreee…… reflecting one thing.. don’t dream for another big b*nus.

Yes, another ‘low’ story since this shopping complexs should be a blessing to the local here. MESRA MALL OTHER RETAILS OUTLETs operating like they haven’t got any problem BUT Giant still raising ‘ AKAN DIBUKA’ signages.

I dunno whether this is true or not but at the end, the workers (local or non local) of Giant will be suffered as I was heard some of them have been temporarily transfered to other location nearby such as Giant Kuantan and Kuala Terengganu (BUT my local friend told me some of them also been transfered to as far as Penang).

Yesterday, Malaysiakini has came out with this ceriter ..

Operasi Giant terlewat akibat MB?
Jimadie Shah Othman | Oct 28, 08 3:43pm

The purchase of the Cougar EC 725 helicopters from Eurocopter to replace the ageing RMAF Nuri helicopters has been deferred until the country’s economy improves, Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi said. The Prime Minister, who is also the Defence Minister, clarified that the cost of the purchase was RM1.7bil. He said the allocation would instead be channelled to other public programmes which provided high trickle-down benefits to the people. The decision, Abdullah said, was made during the Economic Council exco meeting on Oct 13, when the Economic Planning Unit had been directed to restructure the financial allocations for projects implemented under the Ninth Malaysia Plan for all ministries.

The Malaysiakini journalist,  Wong Choon Mei who wrote a news report that Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak had issued a manifesto to back his bid for the Umno presidency, has resigned.  She also conceded that had not verified the contents of the ‘manifesto’ with the Deputy Prime Minister’s. She had received it by e-mail on Sunday.
