Abdul Razak Baginda acquitted, while Azilah Hadri and Sirul Azhar Umar ordered to make their defence against the charge of murdering Mongolian Altantuya Shaariibuu.

The judge ruled that the prosecution failed to prove a prima facie case against him.

C/Insp Azilah and Kpl Sirul Azhar, members of the Special Action Squad (UTK), were ordered by to enter their defence against the murder charge.

Azilah and Sirul were charged with murdering Altantuya at Mukim Bukit Raja, Selangor, between 10pm on Oct 19, 2006 and 1am the following day.

Abdul Razak was charged with abetting them in the murder of the beautiful 28-year-old translator.

It has been slightly over five weeks since the prosecution closed its case and the court is expected to decide on the fate of all three accused today.

The trial had gone on for 151 days from November 2006, during which 84 prosecution witnesses testified.

TODAY is cabinet’s meeting and one of the agenda is to discuss new fuel prices. A lot of assumptions have came out but my prediction is the price will not go down below RM 2.00. So…Shahril; as what EGO’s said  in Ratatoille ” SURPRISE ME”.

My the other wish list is TNB to lower down the tariff….

P/s : Oil and gas industry affected badly due to current economic chaos – weak USD, low demand, geopolical uncertainty, production ‘shut down’, many moreee…… reflecting one thing.. don’t dream for another big b*nus.
