Title entry ini bukannya dipengaruhi sesiapa dan juga bukannya birthday Renjuna around the corner, tapi if you start to apply for an annual leave on the first weekday in January just to register your kid at school, then tiba-tiba sentimen ‘ketuaan’ tu datang..  ”Waahhh… my kid’s now a grown-up man” and then you start to face a new phase in your life. Yeah that’s me in ‘January blues’.

So, in the first week memang kelam kabut sikit (banyak actually).. the reason was semua anak-anak ( yang bersekolah dan yang tak bersekolah) perlu bangun awal dan semua perlu diangkat masuk ke dalam kereta.. hasil mutlaknya… semua dah menunjukkan ragam yang tak elok dipagi hari.. But lucky me since they’ve been trained earlier at Kiddy, then semua boleh adapt well dengan suasana baru persekolahan. Jadi tak de lah mak bapak  kena tunggu kat sekolah macam some of the kids.

OVERALL DAMAGED untuk semua persiapan dan perbelanjaan beli buku dan peralatan sekolah = around RM 600 for two kids. Tapi after two weeks you can feel that it’s worthy after you heard that they can spell or membaca jawi or reading Iqraq fluently. As of today, Dina almost complete Iqraq 2 and also Buku 2; Bacalah Anakku. Ikhwan still at ‘Ja’ for iqraq and learning vowel sound for Bacalah Anakku.

But what made me so impressed ialah kalau masa kita sekolah dulu, surely kita darjah 2 or 3 barulah kita boleh mengenal seperti yang diorang tahu hari ni … cuba bayangkan kalau pelajaran Iqraq tu perlu baca petikan mengikut harakat yang betul.. i bet you yang budak-budak sekarang dah maju dan maybe my kids are in Generation Z if you can say it.

And then the next step is to register Dina ( 6th actually) at Kelas Fardhu Ain where she can learn all compulsory knowledge for muslimah.. the class is on sunday, monday, thursday, friday and saturday in the afternoon. So at 6 years old, Dina has to learn double or triple of what yang kita belajar dulu. When i checked her notebook, the first thing yang ustazah ajar is MENGUCAP dua kalimah syahadaah.. Terus terfikir yang kita ibubapa sebenarnya alpa atau lupa atau nyanyuk kerna itulah first thing yang perlu kita ajar anak-anak kita dan bukannya Tom and Jerry Kid atau Ben 10 atau Ayat-Ayat Cinta… poor me

But that’s not the end because after that we have to register Dina also at Kelas Mengaji Al-Quran kat Masjid.. So everyday, my ayang after pick them up at school then terus balik rumah for a quick lunch and terus mandi untuk ke masjid hantar diorang mengaji Al-Quran dekat Tok Iman selepas kariah selesai sembahyang zohor.

After all this and as we approaching February, I can’t imagine if my kids are in Standard 5 or 6 whereby surely kitorang panik 8 kali ganda lagi because of extra co curiculum actvities at school and Kelas Tuisyen at night.

HOWEVER the first and foremost, many or zillions thanks to my Ayang for not taking nine to five job just to take care all of our kid.. i can’t imagine others yang parent both working and let the BIBIK become Project Manager of our kids development….

Mercedes GP PETRONAS unveil 2010 livery in Stuttgart

Although their 2010 car is still firmly under wraps, Mercedes GP have unveiled the new silver and green colour scheme with which they will contest the 2010 FIA Formula One World Championship. The team’s management and drivers Michael Schumacher and Nico Rosberg all attended the event, which was held at the Mercedes-Benz Museum in the German city of Stuttgart on Monday.

The new livery blends the German carmaker’s legendary ‘Silver Arrows’ heritage with the colours of the team’s title partner Petronas. As an additional reference to the Mercedes W25 of 1934, when the car’s white paint was scraped off to expose the shining alloy underneath, traces of black carbon fibre will be visible on the nose of the MGP W01.

“Finally the 2010 Formula One season is firing up!” said Schumacher, who returns to Formula One racing for the first time since 2006 with the former Brawn team. “I have to say that I am totally committed to this new challenge. This season feels like a re-start for me and I am so motivated. We have a very exciting combination at Mercedes GP Petronas.

“We have a world champion team in every sense of the word and I cannot wait to get into the car for the first time in Valencia. I am convinced that Mercedes GP Petronas will be in a very good position to fight for the championships this season and I will definitely give it a go. Driving for Mercedes-Benz again is like the closing of a circle for me as I started my racing driver career with the three-pointed star on my helmet. This is another reason why I cannot wait for the competition to get underway.”

Schumacher’s team mate for 2010, Nico Rosberg, was equally enthusiastic, saying: “You can really feel the successful motorsport history of Mercedes-Benz here at the Museum in Stuttgart and to be part of the new Silver Arrows team and that racing heritage makes me feel extremely proud and motivated.

“Since joining the team in November, I have spent a lot of time at the factory in Brackley, at Mercedes-Benz High Performance Engines in Brixworth and here in Stuttgart, which has given me the opportunity to settle in and get to know everyone. I am looking forward to working with everyone and will give it my all to reward their fantastic efforts with good on-track results this season.”

Over 600 guests, including 200 Mercedes-Benz employees, were present at the launch, which was opened with a welcome speech by Dr. Dieter Zetsche, CEO of Daimler AG and head of Mercedes-Benz Cars. The newly-rebadged Mercedes GP team, however, will continue to be led by Ross Brawn, who took Brawn GP to victory in both the drivers’ and constructors’ championships last season.

“It is a privilege to be here at the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart today for the official presentation of the Mercedes GP Petronas Formula One team,” said Brawn. “With your first look around the Museum, you realise the fantastic racing heritage of Mercedes-Benz and we hope to be able to contribute to those successes going forward.

“Our team have been working extremely hard throughout last year and over the winter on the development of the MGP W01 and everyone at the team is looking forward to the start of testing in Valencia next week. We have two excellent drivers in Nico and Michael, who will form one of the most exciting and one of the best partnerships on the grid, and with the support of Mercedes-Benz, Aabar, our new title partner Petronas and all of our team partners, everyone is looking forward to the 2010 Formula One season with anticipation.”

Norbert Haug, Mercedes-Benz Motorsport’s vice president, added: “With today’s presentation of our new team, a new and certainly the most important chapter of over 100 years of Mercedes-Benz motorsport history begins. Dari kerana mata… Pak Alex sudah tertipu

Sir Alex Ferguson sekali lagi menyalahkan pengadil apabila Fletcher dikenakan tindakan buang padang akibat layangan dua kad kuning dalam perlawanan tempoh hari. Keputusan seri juga lebih melukakan hatinya yang secara matematiknya memberi kelebihan kepada Chelsea.  Selepas beberapa ulasan yang menyedihkan kepada pengadil terutamanya Alan Wiley yang beliau anggap hanya berjalan kaki menghabiskan sisa masa ketika satu perlawanan melibatkan pasukan Red Devils.

FA England sepatutnya lebih bertegas dengan Pak Alex. Pergantungan 3 atau 5 perlawanan memang wajar bagi menjaga maruah individu dan dalam kes ini adalah pengadil. Satu cara lain ialah dengan memaksa Pak Alex membuat kerja-kerja kebajikan ataupun hantar terus ke kem PLKN di Setiu Agro Resort. Cubalah anda fikir akan kewarasan orang-orang komplen tentang suatu keputusan yang perlu dibuat dalam ‘split second’ yang sudah tentunya ada yang betul atau salah. Kalau kita berfikiran wajar pula, apa kata Pak Alex sekiranya ada makhluk manusia yang mengatakan Pak Alex sebenarnya sudah rabun dan tak mampu menilai mana intan dan yang mana permata atau yang mana kaca sebenarnya, … dalilnya..

CARLOS TEVEZ yang dulu ternanti-nanti tawaran Man United telah berpindah ke Man City telah menjaringkan 10 gol dalam 7 games sedangkan Berbatov dan Owen terganga-nganga mengejar bola…

Selepas satu dekad, apa yang anda remember most …. mine adalah seperti yang kat bawah :-
1. i am at university and got 5 out of 6 semester of dean list
2. My thesis is ‘tipu’ but i’d got A+ …
3. Met my ayang …..
4. I’ve played computer games almost 5-7 hours everyday
5. Hanging around with my rempit ; yamaha rxz plate no wgl 1646
6. Always lepak at seksyen 14 petaling jaya and played mesin kuda dan mesin buah
7. My weekend – rode to nilai negeri sembilan for an outing with budak
kilang
8. I am very sure that no ‘sept 11′ in our dictionary
9. English premier league not as glamour as today and during that time
my faveret team is the old lady of juventus
10. Thierry henry still blur with his position as right winger
11. Best shopping complex still one utama – because of nobody been
there those day.
12. My faveret shoes is adidas samba
13. I use nec handphone which had been given by my brother in law
14. Y2K havoc but with no impact … Some %^#**+ made a lot of money
from that chaos
15. My faveret games is championship manager + diablo + red alert

Sebenarnya entry ni dah lama kat dalam kepala nih tapi disebab laptop ‘kong’, ia nya hanya terperap dalam memori saje. So, hari ni 9 haribulan Januari barulah ada masa untuk meng-uploadkan dalam blog yang juga telah lama tak terusik.

So, permulaan tahun sudah tentunya semua akan bercakap tentang New Year Resolution atau azam tahun baru, dan ianya tak lari untuk saya. Mempunyai resolutionnya sendiri walaupun belum tentunya akan terkabul. Jadi disebabkan oleh kecemerlangan seseorang diukur dari segi percentage markahnya, maka saya telah meng-listkan sebanyak mungkin new year mission (lebih 30) yang diharapkan pada akhir tahun nanti bolehlah saya anggap ianya telah accomplished.

Seperti biasa, kebanyakkan dalam listnya berkisar tentang skill yang nak dimiliki pada akhir tahun, dan fyi, saya belajar Autocadd dan Photoshop secara sendiri dan ianya bermula dengan new year resolution juga.. Jadi kepada anda semua, biarkan apa orang lain nak kata, buatlah semua list yang anda nak capai pada tahun ini dan tulislah pada suatu tempat yang orang tak boleh tengok tetapi anda oleh menatapnya 2-5 kali seminggu.

Perkara kedua yang anda patut tahu juga yang step seterusnya ialah anda patut membuat langkah-langkah untuk mencapai azam tersebut. Contohnya nak belajar Autocadd, kita mesti ada CD (walaupun pirate) dan buku panduannya.. Dan langkah terahir mesti buat walapun sedikit. Contoh pada saya ialah semasa belajar Autocadd secara sendiri, saya belajar untuk buat Garisan saja… ada garisan kecik dan ada satu garisan besar. Selepas beberapa lama, dengan sendirinya saya ingin mempelajari step yang lain dan sehingga hari ini menyebabkan saya boleh menggunkan software Autocad. Selain daripda itu, bagi memberi lebih motivasi ialah dengan memberikan token kepada diri sendiri, selepas mencapai objektif2 yang kecik itu. Contohnya , selepas pandai lukis pelan bangunan secara ‘scaling’ dengan software Autocad, saya menghadiahkan kepada diri sendiri sehelai baju branded.. ( sebagai contoh)

Jadi untuk anda bagaimana pula dengan azam tahun baru… harap boleh menulisnya dan sama-samalah kita berusaha untuk mencapainya..

p/s:

a.janganlah pulak resolution yang tak tercapai dek akal… contohnya nak ke bulan…dan kalau boleh listkan item yang anda boleh capai dalam tempoh kurang 6 bulan bagi setiap satu.

b. Contoh resolution saya tahun ni : nak kurangkan berat badan ke 68kg ……… nak pandai masak western food…. dll
