Before the World Cup kIck off in two days, it’s better to know your best companion during live match (sorry dude.. it’s not the player). And this guy also will be the heroes or villain or the scapegoat when your team is out of luck …  or when your team denied a penalty … or been given only 1 minute extra team when the opponent leading .. This no nonsense guy is not other than MR REFEREE…

To give you a better look, GUARDIAN published this year FIFA World Cup their(referee) actual profession apart from running with 22 guys( I am sure Sir Alex might say this fact is incorrect)  in 90 minutes and then showing RED or YELLOW card whomever they dislike.. hehee ..just kidding

Set my alarm clock just to see a group draw for next summer FIFA World Cup.

All the teams have a very fair draw and the opening match will be a good one between South Africa and Mexico. A tough match for the home team and if we talk about Group A, France also will have a difficult time with South Africa, Mexico and Uruguay are hardly to beat.

Group of Death- For me Group D and Group G but if you look at overall group draw, you can not pick two teams to go to the next round and it is means that we have a balanced draw this time.

Favourite Team this time – For sure it’s Brasil again and probably Spain with a very good track record in qualifying campaign.

Dark Horse – as usual, the Malaysian will go with England, Holland and Argentina as ‘standard’ teams to support but I’ll go to the usual suspect Germany and / or Italy and Ivory Coast. If you look down to first eleven of the Ivory Coast, you’ll see that their team is the one to watch in next summer and I’ll not suprise to see an African team to go very far as this tournament is gonna be in their soil next year. Just for your note –> No other team has won a WORLD CUP outside their continent except the superior Brazil Team.

Below is the full draw:- check it out

Group A

South Africa, Mexico, Uruguay, France

Group B

Argentina, Nigeria, South Korea, Greece

Group C

England, USA, Algeria, Slovenia

Group D

Germany, Australia, Serbia, Ghana

Group E

Netherlands, Denmark, Japan, Cameroon

Group F

Italy, Paraguay, New Zealand, Slovakia

Group G

Brasil, North Korea, Ivory Coast, Portugal

Group H

Spain, Switzerland, Honduras, Chile

Hi guys……, do you aware that we gonna have English Premiership break with the 3rd largest sporting events after the Football World Cup and Olympic Games. If you’re really into football then surely you have ready with ‘Jajan’ and a tonnes of cofeines’ subtract supply for Euro 2008.

The 2008 UEFA European Football Championship, commonly referred to as Euro 2008, will take place in Austria and Switzerland, from 7 June to 29 June 2008. It is the second successful joint bid in the competition’s history, following the UEFA Euro 2000 hosted by Belgium and the Netherlands. The 2012 competition in Poland and Ukraine is scheduled to become the third jointly-hosted tournament.

A total of 16 teams will participate in the tournament. Austria and Switzerland automatically qualified as hosts; the remaining 14 teams have been determined through qualifying matches which started in August 2006. Austria and Poland will be making their first appearance in the tournament. The winner of Euro 2008 will represent UEFA at the 2009 FIFA Confederations Cup in South Africa, unless Italy wins the tournament, in which case the runner-up will be entered, as Italy are already entered as winners of the 2006 FIFA World Cup.

The group draw as per below and Group C was stated as Group of death since Holland, Italy and France will be at the same group.

Visitors Since June 2008
