A Particle of Boredom

Do you know that our company has this kind of contract between the employer and the employee and this will be your checklist note during end of the year assessment. This kind of thing which a lot been said in newspaper these days together with KPI (key performance index) are the great tools for management but for me somehow, it’s also actually depends on the superior who is assessing and the assessee’s written justification and result achieved to counter/fight the evaluation team. I’d just completed my IPC for this financial year and hopefully i’ll perform much better than what it was written there.
