Deputy Home Minister Datuk Wan Ahmad Farid Wan Salleh is able to bring an “excellent victory” for Barisan Nasional (BN) in the Kuala Terengganu by-election on Jan 17, former Terengganu Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Idris Jusoh said Sunday night. He said this was based on Wan Farid’s credibility and experience. However, Idris said BN did not expect an easy win, but better than what it achieved in the last general election because the contest in the coming by-election would also be stiff. (BERNAMA)

This is the first response from former CM of Terengganu with regards of upcoming Kuala Terengganu By-Election.

BUT what made me confused was,  If Datuk Wan Ahmad Farid is the best or excellent candidate for BN, then   why not BN picks him in last General Election since at that time the power on his (DS Idris Jusoh) hand. I think we still remember how BIG GUNS ie Rosli Mat Hassan, Tg Putera, Man Bakar were been sidelined in last GE and we also know that Datuk Wan Farid also ‘tenggelam’ at that time.

So, in easy thought BN candidate still can be called second choice……

Ps: However…PAS candidate also can be called 2nd choice if they pick other than Abg Mad…
